Dağlık Karabağ’da 27 Eylül tarihinde başlayan savaş 44 günde Ermenistan’ın tarihi mağlubiyetiyle sona ermiş, yenilginin ardından Erivan’da başlayan protestolar Başbakan Paşinyan’a istifa çağrılarıyla günlerce devam etmişti.

Azerbaycan 27 yıl sonra işgalden kurtulan Ağdam’a girmiş ancak şehirdeki acı tablo, gün ışığıyla birlikte ortaya çıkmıştı. Neredeyse tek bir sağlam bina kalmayan şehrin harabe görüntüsü yürek burktu.

Rusya heyeti Azerbaycan ve Ermenistan’da önemli görüşmeler gerçekleştirirken Paşinyan’a tüm umutlarını başladığı Rusya’dan yine kötü haber geldi.

“Dağlık Karabağ Azerbaycan’ın Ayrılmaz Bir Parçası”

Rusya Devlet Başkanı Vladimir Putin, Dağlık Karabağ’ın Azerbaycan topraklarının ayrılmaz bir parçası olduğunu ifade etti.

Rossiya 1’e konuşan Putin, Dağlık Karabağ’ın aidiyeti ile ilgili değerlendirmesinde bölgenin Azerbaycan topraklarının ayrılmaz bir parçası olduğunu söyledi.

Putin, “Ermenistan, Dağlık Karabağ’ın bağımsızlığını ve egemenliğini tanımadı. Bu, uluslararası hukuk açısından hem Dağlık Karabağ’ın hem de ona komşu tüm bölgelerin Azerbaycan Cumhuriyeti topraklarının ayrılmaz bir parçası olduğu anlamına geliyordu” diye konuştu.

Ermenistan Yalnız Hissetmesin Diye Herşeyi Yaptık

Rusya Devlet Başkanı Vladimir Putin, Azerbaycan Cumhurbaşkanı İlham Aliyev ve Ermenistan Başbakanı Nikol Paşinyan 10 Kasım itibariyle Dağlık Karabağ’da 27 Eylül’den beri devam eden çatışmaların durması için bir anlaşma imzalamıştı.

İmzalanan ortak bildiriye göre Azerbaycan ve Ermenistan güçleri anlaşmanın imzalandığı anda bulundukları noktalarda kaldı. Böylece çatışmalar esnasında ele geçirdiği yerleşim yerleri Azerbaycan’ın denetimine geçmiş oldu.

Aliyev’in bölgedeki uzlaşma konusunu her zaman vurgulamasına özel önem verdiklerini bildiren Lavrov, bölgede yapılacak tüm çalışmaların yabancı çıkarlar için değil bölge insanlarına yönelik olduğundan emin olduğunu ifade etti.

Öte yandan Dağlık Karabağ’da çatışmaları sona erdiren anlaşma gereği Azerbaycan’a ait topraklarda bulunan Ermeni siviller ve askerler, bölgeden ayrılmaya devam ediyor.
